Can you design and prepare my drawings for my building or extension?
Yes, CWC has full design and documentation capabilities.
Do I need Council Approval and can you help me with that?
Most building projects will need some form of council approval.
CWC is able to help you with this requirement.
Do you have your own tradespeople?
CWC has a long tradition of employing full time tradespeople.
We also have a full range of competent trades that have had ongoing working relationships with the company.
When do Chris Whittaker Constructions start billing me?
Our initial meetings and discussions are usually of a general and developmental nature and will be provided at no cost.
Once specific design and construction services commence, billing will then follow as per agreement.
How long will my project take?
As with any project this will depend upon how large and complex the work is.
CWC will develop a concise construction program early in our engagement.
How much will it cost?
Costs will depend upon size and complexity of the project and this is normally arrived at early in our engagement.
Can I use the drawings I already have?
CWC has completed many projects where a client has provided their own documentation.
Can we remain in our residence whilst the building work is being done?
Most of our clients will remain in residence whilst we are completing their building project and we are very experienced in dealing with this arrangement.
