Chris has been in the Building and Architectural Industry since leaving school in 1978 and was a member of a leading Architectural Practice prior to establishing his own Construction Business in 1995.
Chris has exceptional communication skills and has the ability to make his clients feel at ease through the entire process of any project.
Chris is highly respected in the Building Industry, his Architectural knowledge enables him to come up with functional, practical and unique design scenarios and having an Architectural background enables him to understand very well, both the construction and design areas.
With his many years of experience in these fields he is able to give his clients accurate costings and programming information.
Construction Manager
Michael began his career in Construction in 1997, whilst working with Chris Whittaker. Completion of his Building Qualification was in 2002 and he became a partner at Chris Whittaker Construction in 2007.
Michael’s skill and attention to detail during the construction process provide you for a smooth and flowing project.
Mike has meticulous organisational skills and he runs a tight ship, so you can feel assured your project will be completed in a timely manner.
Administrator
Janet is an integral member of the Chris Whittaker Constructions team, and has been for the past 25 years. Before this, she gained invaluable years of experience across a range of industries. This has subsequently…

She is committed to showing CWC’s clients great care, while always being thoughtful and respectful of their property, feelings and views. Janet believes the CWC team instil great confidence in their clients through maintaining an open and honest line of communication at every stage. She makes it her mission to go above and beyond, in turn making the process as easy and stress-free as possible for their clients.
Outside of CWC, Janet loves fabric & sewing, researching interior design ideas, walking her dog, and watching movies.
